Ironline Office is a product of MooreTech Solutions LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the service.

We collect information needed to provide and operate the service, including:

• Account name, email, and phone
• Business details such as business name, industry, address, expected team size, and rollout preferences
• Workspace, membership, role, plan, and setup information
• Subscription and billing status (Stripe processes payment-card information; Ironline Office does not store complete card numbers)
• Customer-entered business data, including customers, contacts, and service addresses
• Uploaded files and photos
• Requests, Jobs, Tasks, Notes, and Activity records
• Support communications
• Device class, browser, login, session, and security information
• First- and last-touch acquisition information such as UTM source, medium, campaign, landing path, referring origin and path, and the website call-to-action used
• Aggregate product and conversion events, fixed workflow categories, activation milestones, and diagnostic data. Public visitor-entered question text and customer content are not intentionally included in funnel analytics

We use information to:

• Provide and maintain the service
• Authenticate users and manage sessions
• Manage Workspaces, roles, permissions, plan ranges, and rollout paths
• Process subscriptions and billing
• Send operational notifications about your work
• Provide support
• Detect and prevent abuse
• Protect security
• Measure website acquisition, trial conversion, setup completion, feature adoption, and service reliability
• Improve the product, support, pricing, onboarding, and operating workflows
• Meet legal obligations

We process information for reasonable business purposes appropriate to U.S. customers, such as providing the service you requested, operating our business, protecting security, and complying with legal obligations.

We do not claim GDPR, HIPAA, SOC, or other specific compliance certifications unless and until they are actually established.

We share information with service providers that help operate the service, which may include:

• Base44 (application platform, hosting, and data storage)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Hosting and infrastructure providers
• Email delivery providers
• Google and Microsoft services where you connect them
• Intuit QuickBooks, communications, maps, calendar, or other integration providers where you deliberately activate them
• Support, analytics, security, hosting, and infrastructure vendors
• Legal authorities where required by law

Business administrators (Workspace Owners and Managers) may access information belonging to their Workspace and manage which team members can see or edit it, according to roles.

Workspace isolation keeps each business's data separate from others.

MooreTech Solutions LLC administrators may access limited Workspace data only when needed for:

• Support
• Security
• Billing
• Troubleshooting
• Legal compliance

We retain your information while your account is active.

Some records may remain after cancellation for billing, security, legal, or backup purposes.

Deleted records may remain temporarily in recovery or backup systems before permanent removal.

Retention periods may vary by record type. We do not publish exact retention periods unless they are configured.

We use reasonable technical and organizational protections, including:

• Authentication
• Role-based permissions
• Workspace isolation between customers
• Restricted internal entities that customer users cannot access directly
• Activity logging for accountability
• Private file access through time-limited, authorized links

You can:

• Update your profile information
• Adjust notification preferences
• Control Workspace access and remove team members
• Cancel your subscription
• Request a data export
• Request account or data deletion

We use cookies, session storage, local storage, and platform analytics to operate and improve the service, including:

• Essential authentication, session, and security state
• Workspace, device, installation, and functional preferences
• Session flags that prevent duplicate page-view or setup events
• First- and last-touch acquisition attribution stored in the browser and, after Workspace creation, recorded to the Workspace by the real owner
• Aggregate event names and limited fixed properties for trial conversion, setup, activation, feature use, checkout, and failure-category analysis

Ironline Office is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Some U.S. states provide residents with certain privacy rights. This policy uses careful, general U.S. language and does not claim coverage under a specific state law unless confirmed.
