Terms of Service

Last updated: August 21, 2026

These Terms govern trials, subscriptions, team-based plan eligibility, Workspace use, customer data, and the Ironline Office service.

01

Agreement and eligibility

By registering for an account, starting a trial, subscribing, accepting an order form, or using Ironline Office, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you create or use an account for a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

02

Product relationship

Ironline Office is service-operations software operated by MooreTech Solutions LLC.

The platform can support customer intake, CRM, service locations, estimates, scheduling, assignments, field work, recurring service, tasks, checklists, files, photos, time, job materials, customer communication, invoices, payment records, expenses, reports, automation, migration, and related operating workflows where those tools are enabled and supported.

Ironline is not a bank, payroll provider, tax service, accounting firm, emergency-response system, or substitute for professional legal, accounting, tax, employment, safety, or regulatory advice.

03

Accounts and Workspace responsibility

You are responsible for keeping account, business, team-size, billing, and contact information accurate and current.

Workspace Owners control their Workspace users, invitations, roles, integrations, and settings and are responsible for promptly removing former employees or unauthorized users.

You must protect credentials, use reasonable security practices, and notify Ironline promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for actions taken through your account and Workspace, including actions by people you invite or authorize.

04

30-day trial

Ironline offers a 30-day evaluation period with guided in-app setup. No credit card is required to start the standard trial, and the trial does not automatically enroll or charge the Workspace.

Trial access is intended to evaluate a real operating workflow. Ironline may limit abusive, fraudulent, repeated, or unusually resource-intensive trial use.

At the end of the trial, continued access requires an active subscription, approved complimentary access, or another written arrangement.

05

Published plans and team ranges

The current self-service plan structure is based on the number of people expected to use the Workspace, including active users and live pending invitations:

  • Owner-Operator: 1–5 people — $29 monthly or $290 annually
  • Team: 6–15 people — $59 monthly or $590 annually
  • Growth: 16–50 people — $99 monthly or $990 annually
  • Scale: generally 51+ people, multi-location operations, or rollouts requiring a scoped implementation — price and terms confirmed separately

Monthly and annual prices shown above are flat business prices inside the published team range, not per-user prices. Annual billing provides twelve months for the price of ten at the published rates.

The complete core Ironline platform is included across the published self-service plans. Plan differences are based primarily on team range, launch support, rollout requirements, and service level. Ironline does not impose plan-level activity quotas on the number of customers, service locations, requests, jobs, recurring visits, estimates, invoices, tasks, checklists, core automation runs, reports, Customer Center records, photos, or files created through supported use.

Provider-dependent functions, communications, maps, payments, accounting, and external automation services may still require configuration, verification, or separate third-party fees. Technical per-item size, attachment, payload, security, and reasonable-use controls remain in effect and are not plan usage buckets.

Pricing displayed during checkout or in an accepted order form controls if it differs from this summary.

06

Team-size accuracy and plan changes

You must provide a reasonable current or expected team size and update it when the Workspace materially changes. Ironline may use active memberships, live invitations, setup information, and customer-provided estimates to recommend or enforce the correct plan range.

A Workspace may be prevented from adding another user when it has reached its plan limit. The Owner can remove an unused invitation, reduce authorized access, or move to the appropriate plan.

Ironline will not silently create a new recurring charge merely because the team size changes. A new self-service price is shown before checkout, and a Scale price is confirmed through a separate written or checkout process.

Existing continuous Founding Customer subscriptions retain their established billing rate and cycle while the subscription remains active and the Workspace remains eligible for that small-team arrangement. Ending the subscription or deliberately changing plans may require enrollment under then-current pricing.

07

Subscription and billing

Monthly subscriptions are billed each month and renew monthly until canceled. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for one year and renew annually until canceled. A Scale agreement may use another approved billing schedule stated in its order form.

Billing is processed through Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. The provider handles complete payment-card details; Ironline does not store complete card numbers.

Applicable taxes and separately disclosed provider or usage charges may apply. The amount and billing cycle shown at checkout or in the accepted order form are the amounts authorized by the customer.

Failed payments may result in restricted or suspended access until payment is resolved. Ironline may use reasonable retry and billing-notification processes.

There is no multi-year commitment unless a separately accepted Scale or commercial order form expressly states one.

08

Cancellation

A Workspace Owner may cancel through billing settings, the provider customer portal where available, or by contacting Ironline support.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access normally continues through the current paid period unless it is suspended for security, abuse, fraud, nonpayment, or legal reasons.

Canceling does not automatically refund the current paid period. See the Cancellation Policy for details.

09

Refund policy

Payments already processed are generally nonrefundable, including annual upfront payments and completed implementation work.

Exceptions may be made for duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, an expressly stated written guarantee, or where required by applicable law.

No automatic prorated refund is provided for unused time after cancellation. Contact support promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.

10

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited activity includes:

  • Illegal, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity
  • Malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass security controls
  • Unauthorized surveillance, location tracking, or monitoring
  • Unlawful spam or unsolicited mass messaging
  • Uploading content you do not have the right to use
  • Accessing another business's Workspace or data without authorization
  • Interfering with service availability or imposing unreasonable automated load
  • Storing complete payment-card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, government identifiers, or other unnecessary highly sensitive information
11

Customer content and data ownership

You retain ownership of customer-entered business data and files uploaded to your Workspace.

You grant MooreTech Solutions LLC permission to host, transmit, back up, secure, and process that content as reasonably necessary to provide, support, protect, and improve the service.

You are responsible for having the legal right to collect, upload, communicate, and process your content and for applying any notices, consents, retention rules, or access restrictions required for your business.

Ironline may remove unlawful or dangerous content and may restrict access in serious cases.

12

Workspace roles and Ironline support access

Workspace users access information according to their assigned role and the tools enabled for that Workspace.

MooreTech Solutions LLC personnel may access limited Workspace information only for a legitimate support, security, billing, troubleshooting, implementation, or legal purpose.

Deeper support access is designed to be deliberate, restricted, time-limited where supported, and recorded in the activity system. No technical control eliminates every risk, and authorized access may be required to resolve a customer request.

13

Files, exports, and retention

Uploads are subject to supported types, size limits, storage limits, security controls, and reasonable-use restrictions. Unlimited storage is not guaranteed.

Customers should maintain independent copies of critical business, accounting, safety, and regulatory records.

Available exports are intended to help customers retain business records, but Ironline does not guarantee that every internal configuration, provider object, audit artifact, or derived record can be reproduced in another system.

Deleted or canceled data may remain temporarily in backups, recovery systems, billing records, security records, or legal retention systems and may not be recoverable after the applicable period.

14

Availability, changes, and beta functions

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, provider failures, security events, internet conditions, or circumstances outside Ironline's control.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, Ironline does not promise a specific uptime percentage or service-level agreement.

Features, interfaces, reasonable limits, and provider requirements may change. Material changes that substantially reduce a paid service will be handled through reasonable notice, an alternative, or the customer's cancellation rights where practical.

Beta, controlled-release, test, or provider-dependent functions may be changed, paused, limited, or withdrawn and should not be treated as guaranteed until explicitly made generally available.

15

Third-party services

Ironline may depend on third-party services, including:

  • Base44 for application platform, hosting, and data services
  • Stripe for subscription billing and, where separately connected, customer payment services
  • Google, Microsoft, Intuit, mapping, email, communications, storage, and other providers where configured
  • Infrastructure, monitoring, security, support, and delivery vendors

Third-party services have their own terms, availability, fees, limits, data practices, and authorization requirements. Ironline is not responsible for a provider's independent acts or outages, but will make reasonable efforts to expose relevant status and recovery information where supported.

16

Intellectual property

The Ironline Office software, branding, design, documentation, and related intellectual property belong to MooreTech Solutions LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service except where applicable law expressly permits.

17

Suspension and termination

Ironline may suspend or restrict access for reasons including:

  • Nonpayment or unresolved billing failure
  • Security risk or suspected account compromise
  • Fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or material breach of these Terms
  • Threats to customers, providers, personnel, or platform reliability
  • A legal or provider requirement

Customers may terminate by canceling the subscription and closing the Workspace. Where practical and lawful, Ironline will provide a reasonable opportunity to request supported data exports before permanent removal.

18

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Ironline does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that the service will satisfy every business, legal, accounting, safety, or regulatory requirement.

Reports, profitability, automation, routing, notifications, estimates, and other outputs depend on customer-entered data, provider responses, configuration, and complete source information. Customers must review material decisions and records.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

19

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither MooreTech Solutions LLC nor its personnel or suppliers will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amount paid to Ironline for the affected Workspace during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

20

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold MooreTech Solutions LLC harmless from third-party claims arising from your customer content, your business operations, your violation of law or another person's rights, or your misuse of the service.

21

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.

Questions may be submitted through ironlineoffice.com/support or by calling 870.819.1018.
